Generally, orders within India are delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to remote or certain serviceable areas may take additional time.

Firkiwala may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status with the relevant courier partner.

In cases of lost or damaged shipments, we will work with the courier or shipping partner to resolve the issue in accordance with their applicable policies.
